I'm stumped.  I sometimes turn on my computer and get this message which is totally Greek to me:

"Terminating thread due to stack overflow problem.  A VxD, possibly installed recently, has consumed too much stack space.  Increase the setting of MinSPs in SYSTEM.INI or remove recently installed VxDs.  There are currently 6 SPs allocated.

The only thing that I can think of that I recently installed with a CD was a large landscaping program which I removed with the "Add/Remove" command after it wasn't useful to me.  Could that be the problem?  My computer is a slow Aptiva IBM, 64MB, and I use Win98.  I have a dial-up connection.

It's amazing that I even got to this site and can read something about VxDs which gives me a slight clue.  However, I'm far from knowing how to get rid of the warning permanently!

I have no clue as to what to do next.

Any computer whiz out there, please help!

Thanks.
