I have a 7 month old female Boston Terrier and she was just spayed a few days ago. The incision site on her belly is bleeding a little bit and around the site her belly is hard like there is a knot inside her stomach and that wasn't there before I got her fixed. Is that okay for her belly to feel that way, and she also isn't as active as she used to be. She just wants to lay on the couch all day? Is that okay?

I don't know what it is but it doesn't sound too good. My advice is you take her to the vet or read up in dog care books. I have had my cats and dogs spayed an neutered and I don't remember ever having this problem.
