Take her to the vet, there isn't anything anyone on here can tell you. Your vet needs to find out what is causing this and how to treat it. What makes you think it's allergies?

make a cup of warm tea,take bag out.use clean rag and dip in tea and wash eyes out.don't be scared to let tea inside the eyes.a couple times a day for a few days if no difference call your vet
