use jumpsoles formal platform shoes or do calf raises or jump rope but remember to strech a lotttttttt

have you tried any plyos? id suggest going to www.bionicplyometrics.com and check the free page , there were some useful tips to increase your leap! good luck!

keep running and that didn't work so i got a  bag fill it with heavy things inside      and the next day i was touching  the backboard then after that  my hopes decrease
