Caffinee is not bad for you! Caffinee is the only thing that keeps me goinging when I am about to fall over. Also its the best tasting stuf on earth. So drink caffienee and be happy.

I am doing a paper right now on the topic.  I have had to do much research on the topic, and most evidence shows that caffeine increases your blood pressure.
You can overdose on caffeine just like any other drug, and the side affects can be quite severe.

I strongly discourage the excessive use of caffeine.

Short answer, like anything else, moderation is key.  Do not consume large amounts of substances with caffeine.
