i have a 7 month old french bulldog about 2 months ago she started to have a bad rash and pimple like bumps all over her legs.since then we have changed the carpet changed her food and give her hydroxyzine from the vet.she is better now no more pimples but she continuelly scracthes herself around the eyes and belly.we also changed the soap that we wash ours clothes w/.what else could be the caus of this rash.
