I have data on 10 Dept's,with all relating data on numerous...

I have data on 10 Dept's,with all relating data on numerous worksheets , instead of creating 10 separate reporting worksheets I would like 1,  eg  if I enter "Dept A" onto the main sheet I would like their data to appear, then If I delete Dept A & enter B I want Dept B's data to show in place of Dept A data, can this be done?
