On May 1, 2003, Luger's girlfriend, former wrestling valet Elizabeth Hulette, died in the townhouse they shared in Marietta, Georgia after mixing pills of hydrocodone, alprazolam (Xanax), and anabolic steroids (testosterone and sazien) with vodka. Luger was arrested later that day after a search of the residence revealed a number of illicit controlled substances, including anabolic steroids, OxyContin, synthetic growth hormone, testosterone and Xanax. He was charged with 14 drug possession counts, 13 of them felonies, and was released the following day on a bail of $27,500 USD. Hulette'sdeath was ruled accidental. Luger plead guilty to the charges on February 3, 2005, and was given a $1,000 fine, sentenced to five years probation and required to submit to periodic drug testing. [2] Luger was arrested once again on January 31, 2005 for driving under the influence. He was also charged with having altered and expired tags, no proof of insurance and of having an open alcohol container in the vehicle. [3] In December 2005, Luger and fellow wrestlers Buff Bagwell and Scott Steiner were removed from a flight from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Canada. They were detained for several hours before Bagwell and Steiner were released, while Luger was held without bail as a result of two outstanding felony charges in the state of Georgia (he had neglected to obtain permission to leave the country from his parole officer). Luger was detained in the Hennepin County jail for two weeks before being extradited to Georgia to stand trial on December 22, 2005. Luger was sentenced to nine weeks imprisonment, and was released in February 2006.

he is not in prison, he was freed from all of those charges and did NOT have anything to do with her murder. i know b/c i know his brother personally

Have not researched enough to put forth my opion on what happened.used to be vallay for Georgia Wrestling and would like to get back into it. Would have stayed in it,but do to something tragic, was discovered,but didn't get to sign on. Last vallayed for Country Cuzz in White Georgia.

Both of yall are wrong... Hes wrestling in Japan I saw him on TV, alot of wrestlers went over to Japan after WCW dropped.

I know that Lugar is in jail for the death of Miss Elizabeth. Pro wrestling has some serious skeletons in its closet and it need to be cleaned up.

lex lugar was arrested for driveing under the influance. he consumed almost a full bottle of vodka, and ran when the police questioned him. i don't know if he killed miss elizabeth, but she died of a drug overdose about two years ago in a home that her and lex shared.

i met lex lugar at a store downtown a few days ago (Winnipeg MB Canada),it was him, he didn't seem shy bragging who he was and also showing me his id.... so anyway he is around.....

LEX IS LIVING IN CHARLOTTESVILLE VIRGINIA WHERE HE OWNS A GOLDS GYM AND A PROPRIETOR IN A LOCAL BAR "216" HE IS DOING WELL AND TRYING TO GET HIS LIFE BACK IN ORDER. I STAY IN CONTACT WITH HIM AND WE SEE EACH OTHER OCCASIONALLY.

Lex Lugar was in jail in April I talked with him as I was in the Gwinnett County jail in Georgia with him. He was there for 2 weeks he didnt pay his child support. As for Elizabeth he was never charged for that, also he is wrestling in japan now

He aint in jail, he was just one of the suspects, but it was proven it was just an overdose. He is just enjoying his life out of wrestling .

Lex lugar had taken time off since "Elizabeth's" death to get his life back on track. He had a string of legal problems including steroid possession charges and he was also questioned regarding "Elizabeth's" death. He was let off the charges of steriod possession and only given a small fine and some community service work. He is ok now and just doing the R&R. he has made a ton of money while with WCW owned by Ted Turner. Genetic Freak

Owns Main Event Fitness in Cobb county, GA. Had been arrested for possession of steroids when police were investagating the death of Miss Elizabeth. They investagated because 2 weeks before Lugar had been arrested for domistic violence against her. He was cleared of any wrong doing in her death. She died of an accidental overdose of medication mixed with vodka

December 2005: Lex Luger, Marcus Bagwell & Scott Steiner were all pulled off of a plane in Minneapolis after a disturbance.. ~~~The three men were held for several hours before Marcus Bagwell & Scott Steiner were released and sent on their flight.. ~~~Lex Luger is held without bail with a court appearance scheduled on the 22nd on two felonies in the state of Georgia.. ~~~47-year-old Lex Luger was put in lockup at the Hennepin County Jail in Minneapolis, Minnesota.. Lex Luger spent two weeks in a Minneapolis jail awaiting extradition back to Georgia on two criminal warrants..
