I have entered the U.S. on B1/B2,that are very much expired at this point.I live with my fiance(american citizen) and we want to get married.Should I go back to my country first and let him apply for K1 visa or should I stay and get married right away? How much my "over-stay" can affect recieving fiancce visa? Thank You.

I don't think its a good idea. Overstaying is a bad thing. I wonder what the guys at the port of entry in US will think about your overstayed period, the next time u will be willing to return. Wink Wink.
