I have a dog. I'm moving to a park that only allows dogs who have been neutered. My problem is that I don't want to get the procedure but still want to move in the park. Where can i get fake papers saying the dog has been neutered?

It is illegal to falsify veterinary papers, and if your dog is a titled dog in conformation, they cannot ban your dog from this 'park'. If your breed happens to be one that is considered 'dangerous' such as a pit bull, etc. you will just have to find somewhere else to go.
