"Tiz Korona" is Hungarian for "Ten Crowns", so your banknote is a product of the Austro-Hungarian empire, and circulated in Hungary.

I have one that may be like yours: there are two vignettes, both of young males, one on the obverse and one the reverse.  The front is in Hungarian, the back in German - except along the right side of the back, the denomination (Ten Crowns) is printed in a variety of central European languages, including what appears to be Czech, Russian, Serbian, Croatian, and several others; mostly Slavic languages.  These languages were spoken in the Austro-Hungarian empire, which extended from modern-day Austria all the way to parts of the Czech Republic and the former Yugoslav countries.

I do not know the note's value, but if the note you are referring to is the one that I have, then you may be interested to know that the central blue print on the obverse translates to:

"The Austro-Hungarian Bank, for this banknote, on demand, will immediately pay at its Vienna or Budapest headquarters

TEN CROWNS

in lawful coin.

Vienna, 1915, January 2nd

Austro-Hungarian Bank

[three signatures]
Head Advisor-Chairman-Head Secretary

The imitation of banknotes is punishable under law."

I believe that the writing on the back says the same thing in German.  "Lawful coin" was left to the discretion of the bank, but was more than likely silver, possibly gold.
