am in USA on student visa, well am a canadian, n i'll get it converted in TN visa soon. My question is if i marry a girl  who has on B1 visa for USA, can she apply for canadian immigration from USA.

Yes. She can apply from USA, however, eventually she needs to go back to her home country to have an interview.  Also she needs to collect documents, too.  If you have further questions, you can e-mail to me pumaji_pumaji@yahoo.ca
