In the beginning of the game when you are making one red ball to allow you to shoot a number ball, making one red followed by the seven equals eight points.  There are 15 red balls, so fifteen red and fifteen seven balls equals 120 points.  At this point you consecutively shoot the numbered balls two through seven until the end of the game.  Running all the numbered balls equals 27 points.  Making all reds followed by a seven ball and then running all the numbers equals 147, a perfect game.
