My dog has a cough, she sounds like she has a cold. She had it before and it was diagnosised as kennel cough, a few months ago. what can it be? She is 11 years old. She is a house dog and never goes where their are other dogs.

It is almost positively Congestive Heart Failure. If you get it treated with medications immediately, it can prolong the dogs live by a couple of years.
