You can download a trial version of StuffIt from their web site at www.stuffit.com
You have a 15 day trial option if you don't want to buy their software.

There is a free utility available online, called ExtractNow, which handles Stuffit's proprietary format.  A separate stuffit.dll file must be manually placed in the ExtractNow directory after installing, but this .dll is available with the main utility download.

This lets you avoid having to go through Aladdin's order process to acquire their (debatably) free expander utility.

you have to enter your credit card # to download the trial.  They charge it automatically in 30 days (trial expiration) unless you cancel with them.

No thanks
