Have your pharmacist call their supplier and give them your order.  Get the order number and have your pharmacist call the Lilly Distribution Center at 1-800-821-0538 with the order number.  Lilly will then drop ship your order to your pharmacy.  Be warned that pork insulin is in short supply and will be limited.  Lilly "anticipates" a new batch will be ready the 1st of April.

If you prefer you can call Lilly's information center at 1800-545-5979 to place an order with your pharmacy's address and phone number.  They will have your order drop shipped to your pharmacy.

If you are in Canada call Lilly's Customer Response Centre at 1-888-545-5972.  Hope this helps.  If you need any further help, please email me at mhunt206@comcast.net
