I was wondering if you knew a perl code that as readers are browsing a message/page, they can click text that links them to a certain place on that message/page.
EXAMPLE:

Cars
Books
Food

Text/paragraphs about Cars is here
Text/paragraphs about books is here
Text/paragraphs about food is here

well i want to be able to click 'Food' and go directly to where the food info. is located. Can anyone help?
