I have 4 Tiger Barbs. I have them for about a year now. But about 3 months now 1 of them stays to himself at the bottom corner. He eats well and seems to be healthy. But he wants to be alone. The other 3 stay together. Is this normal? Is he sick? Or is he sad?

If you did your research you would know that groups of 6 are recommended so they aren't so aggressive not so they don't get depressed.  And you may know a lot about fish, but not a damn thing about people and you are a complete jerk!

duhhh have u not looked up anything about tiger barbs

they have a pecking order, they are shoaling fish, live in schools of 6+, love swimming and bushy plants, can not be put with many types of other fish certainty not angel fish or any slow moving peaceful fish, they stick in groups of 3 so it best to start with 6/9/12 but they all live together never get less than 6 as they live in communities
