95 Lebaron Convertible

This is my girlfriends car and I've never had a car with power steering.  She put the power steering fluid in the filler for the brake fluid and the manual doesn't show any place to put power steering fluid in. There doesn't appear to be any place to refill this fluid. Any suggestions?

I have an 88 Lebaron and the power steering fill is located behind the engine on the left side to the left of the exhaust manifold.
