I have a 2.00 bill with yellow numbers and seal, has something been done to it or is it made thay way.

Hi..no way this note was printed this way.What's happening here is a chemical was used to bleach away the other color in the seal.On a  normal green Treasury seal the color green is composed of blue and yellow this chemical removes the blue leaving the yellow.You see these notes being sold on ebay and some novices are duped into buying them.If you have any more questions let me know at marlofan@aol.com.
