Does anyone know what is the new decision regarding parole search and seizure.
Recently, the court ruled in the case,I believe  Crawford vs. United States, that it was unconstitutional to search a parolee's home without reasonable suspicion. Prior to this, it was admissible to search a parolee's residence under the conditions of parole, signed by the parolee immediately following his release from prison. I am hoping someone can clear this up for me.  Thank you
