I am going to immigrate to Canada by 20 th mar 04.But My passport is valid up to 27 mar 04 .Can I migrate under these conditions.I am an Indian.Its heard that u should have valid passport for six months.

We had our interview for permanent resident to Canada in Jan' 04 and mailed fees, photos and medical reports. Now we are waiting for the information regarding the visa and how long it will take to get we don't know. I have a passport with validity till 13th Dec'04 so  I would like to know that do I need to apply new passport before getting our visas to entering to Canada.
