I am a BSc. Electrical Engineer and have completed my full time 16 years of education. I have 13 years of work experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. My wife has completed a full time 12 years of education and she is a part time teacher. She has an experience of two years as a school teacher. I have obtained IELTS score in English Language as 06, 06, 07, 07(By rule of Canadian immigration 12 score). Now I want to know do I qualify for Canadian immigration as an skilled worker.
