In order to attend university here in the United States you have to have a valid permanent status. You cannot go to college with a business visa. If you are already here in the US and if you are in visiting / business visa you can re-instate your status to f1. However, I dont recommend to do so. It is because reinstatement process might take really long. Instead of doing so,you can go to Mexico or Canada to apply for the F! visa.
