I have a two year old male golden, and a four year old female golden. when she was in her 12 and 13 day of her heat,Iput them together ,she flaged and wanted him ,but all he wanted to do is smell and lick her and ride her head. on the 14 day of her heat he finally rode her right and we got a tie. the next day we put them together all he wants to is ride her head again.  any sugestions on how we can get him turned around I have been breeding for 12 years ,my other males allways had no problem mounting.
