I'd like to be adopted by my auntie because she says she would do it.Mom is treating my sister better than she treats me,she gets a pat on her bottom while I get a pat on my head and in my face and this is always.So I'd really like if you could help me out.

I want to be adopted by one of my family members because i cant see myself living with my parents.My brother gets all of the attention and when he does something wrong I'm the one who get in trouble for no reason.I told my grandma & to aunts what my dad told me once which was if i found someone to adopt me he'll sign the papers.They were going to talk to him but it would of been it for me.Well to make it short because i can go on and on with reasons.I don't know how it works and how to get the adoption papers can you please help me.

My dad rips my shirts and my mom verbally and physically abuses me. My sister is the pride and joy of this family. My mom is catholic and I am Christian. If I'mallowed to go to church, she yells at me in the car about my beliefs. The only relief I ever will get is at my school. Even that isn't working out All i want is someone to care for me. I want to be adopted by my friend Danielle'sfamily. They have adopted so many kids and I think I belong with them. MY parents don't deserve a guy like me

This is sad to say, but you people shouldn't deal with that crap! You need to get away whether you have to run away or tell the police! Do not let this keep happening to you guys! You deserve better whether you think you do or not. I'm a 17 yr old girl and my half sister got beat by my real dad up until almost 9 months ago when she called the police after he beat her. HELP!!My dad has beat me in the past, and stuff, hit me and grabbed me and left marks on me, and pulled me by my hair, and stuff,and told me he wanted me gone and that i would never see him again.My mom has thrown a screwdriver at me and treats me bad. Everyone in my family treats me bad.

I have to go back and fourth between my parents every 4 days and all they ever do is yell at me and take my friends away because they are jealous that i am a happier person at my friends house than at their house. how do i get them to sign the adoption papers and how do i get them in the first place?

Someone needs to get me some adoption papers bad, my parents are both verbally abusive my mother is emotionally abusive and I am always expected to act like an adult while they continuously treat me like a child, if someone has legal adoption papers please send them to raidenbloodmoon@hotmail.com.  i would greatly appreciate something to get me out of this home.  i have been thrown into two different institutions to deal with my "insanity' and once excorcized because i was 'acting up' my parents use religion to try and force me to literally slave for them.

cURIOUS... i understand exactly how you feel...last night my mom hit me so much..that i had to cry myself to sleep..i cried for 2 hours straight...and then she comes into my room and goes u need to stop crying..and why?  because she cant sleep...she even tells me out of all the people that die why dont I?  it hurts so much...thank god im leaving the country for a vacation w/o her..just my dad and my brother and me...one time she hit me so hard..i started throwing up blood..and it was so scary.

I would also like to be adopted because I don't get along well with my mother and I think she treats me unfairly.  I doubt they'll sign the papers (if I can get some).  I have someone who would adopt me (we even talked about it), but she says her husband wouldn't approve so if I can only just get the papers just in case.  Does anyone know how to get some?  I'd appreciate it.  Thanks!

I am in the need of legal adoption papers. My little sister lives with her mom and it's not a good environment for a child to live in. Me and my husband have decided that she'd have a much happier life living with us. For security reasons and the safety of my little sister me and my husband want to make it legal. Is there anyone who is able to help me out and send me a copy of a document that would be similar to what we will need to fill out when we decided to legally adopt her?

I really want my family friends to adopt me because my birth family r much older then me and my mother is always with my sister and my father is never home he is always away on work trips. my sister is always getting what ever she wants when i am just sitting in the corner getting nothing. i also cry every night and dream about being adopted, the other family said they will adopt me and mum and dad said they will sign the papers but i don't know how to get them? help me please!!

wow. I came on here to find out about forms for a school project. I hope everyone can get away from their horrible situations. Instead of adoption there are homes too that people can go to to get away from bad home situations. You should look some up. Maybe that will help. Most of them don't cost anything and your parents won't be able to have you at home.

well i think that that my parents are totally ruthless and they don't care about me what-so-ever. why do they care and why should i care about things when they don't care about me.......

i really need these papers. i work two jobs, go to school. i cant take it anymore I'm tired of being treated differently and being verbally abused everytime they speak to me the cuss at me and tell me I'm never going to amount to anything i would write more but i wouldn't't like it to be published so if you need more info let me know

I would like to adopt my niece ... my sister came to me and asked me to adopt her daughter because she can no longer handle having three kids while being so young... My dad died when I was 11. My mom isn't the same anymore. She tells me she doesn't love me and tells me how much she hates me. She treats my sister like a precious angel but she pops me for everything I do and it hurts! I have someone who will adopt me but I can't find the paper for them to sign! HELP!

my Aunt wants to adopt me & I think of her as my mommy my mother verbally abuses me all the time she blames everything on me my father is messed up & I don't want to live w/him but I don't think my mother would sign the papers...I don't have papers & my mother won't sign them but my dad might help me please =(

I need help getting the legal papers to terminate the rights to my childrens biological father.  He has done nothing but hurt my children physically and mentally.  The judge says that my husband needs to adopt them, he wants to but we can not afford it.

my brothers and i would like to get adopted by our grandma and granda because our mom and her boyfriend are emotionally abusing us and my mom has slapped me across the face because i wouldn't give her a kiss and the one night, she got so drunk that she threatened to kill me if i didn't get out of the car in a rural area and she punched me.
i don't want to get put into foster care and we just want to live with our grandparents.

please help!
