can you help me , I am a chilean who want to learn much about English but i dont know some phrases  like :
been-there ,done- that blasé buffoon ;
and get one´s  ya-yas out
if anyone knows the meaning of these phrases please send me an E-mail

Juan, I'm inclined to suggest you don't even try to stay current with slang and colloquialisms -- they exist primarily in pop culture and go in and out of usage so rapidly.  But here are a couple of answers:

Been-there, done-that (sometimes b-t, d-t, got the t-shirt), means effectively, I've had that experience. e.g., tattoos - been there, done that.

blase buffoon - ??? (never heard that one)

get one's ya-yas out means to cut lose and have fun. After a hard week at work, the girlfriends went to the club to get their ya-yas out.

the synonymes for "cool" that are "in" right now would be thats tight, sweet, thats sick, thats tubular, catch u on the FLIPSIDE, smell u later, dont catch the bad breezy for sheezie
