My 2yr old male Pom suddenly has started acting strangely....

My 2yr old male Pom suddenly has started acting strangely. Wont eat his dog food or drink his daily milk but gobbles down people food (meats)like he is starving.He scurries around like a mouse. Tail down. Extremely nervous and fidgety. All shots and heart worm medication up to date. Stool looks normal. Urine normal. Short naps/sleeping
