Our 3 year old male English Springer Spaniel has recently started licking, biting and scratching himself to the point he bleeds. We have been to 2 vets. A steroid stopped the symptoms for 2 weeks but an antihistamine is not doing anything.  He is on a special dog food and water diet which isn't helping.  Any suggestions?
