The quote is "Ladies and Gentlemen, take my advice - pull down your pants and slide on the ice." He said the same thing in an earlier episode and repeated it (and noted that he was doing so) in the final episode.

The quote "Ladies and Gentlemen, take my advice - pull down your pants and slide on the ice" is the first line Dr. Sidney Freeman says in his first appearance in MASH and also the last line in his last appearance.
