My Shih Tzu has surgery last month because her intestines were twisted with the presence of adhesions. Once she healed, she was back to normal. The other day she started showing similar symptoms again but this time without being in pain and she is reluctant to walk around. She'll run cowardly from one place to another. Can anyone offer an opinion? Three vets later and she's not yet better.
