I got a speeding ticket in the in the morning... however, the ticket reads the wrong time of day. Is there anything laws or anything I can use if i challenge this?

Not unless you can prove that you were somewhere else when the officer testifies as to the time of the stop. Even then it is doubtful that the judge will dismiss. Most courts give the officer a wide latitude for minor mistakes.

Your best be is to go ahead and take traffic school.
