Paul Harvey radio story concerns a woman walking her dogs in the city. Name was Judy Long or Lang, she accidentally touched a high-voltage power line and was electrocuted. Her dying words were something like "Now I understand what this is". Story came out sometime in Jan-Feb 2004. Is this true?
