My Fiancee is living here in the united states already and we have decided to get married now . If we do , does he get to stay forever and does he get to work here or do we still have to get him a visa to work here ?

If you are an American citizen and you marry someone from overseas, they become US citizens automatically after you are married for 2 years.  He won't need a visa or anything, he just won't be able to vote or hold public office for 2 years.
