Does anyone out there know how the sun affects eczema, is light sun therapy beneficial?

I'm 16 years old and from experence i know that the sun has had a great effect on my eczema i go on holiday twice a year to spain and come back almost completely clear.I am now using lamp treatment and it is gradually fading.

I find that the sun acctually makes my eczema much worse I dread the summer months
as  am also sensitive to sun screen and tanning products.
