WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE APPLIED FOR CITIZENSHIP BUT MY RESIDENT CARD HAS EXPIRED AND THEY HAVE ME SCHEDULE FOR MARCH, SHOULD I PRESENT MYSELF WITHOUT RENEWING OR SHOULD I RENEW MY RESIDENT CARD BEFORE GOING TO THE APPOINTMENT
