Forced inhalation of how much amount of chloroform for what estimate of time can make a person unconscious?

Just soak a cloth in chloroform and hold it in someones face for about 2-5 secs. It should work.

enough to soak 6 folds of cloth for about 3 minutes, for insomnia, in my experience.  A 100ml bottle will last me about a month of regular use, so I think perhaps only 5ml per usage.
