I am trying to locate information about someone who has not been very forthcoming with information about himself.  I only have his cell phone#, He has sent me a couple of things thru the mail and I have an address, but when I put in the address in address finder, nothing comes up.  There is a street name and city named what shows on the envelope.  How do I go about finding more info?

how can i find information on some one if i have there name  and there phone number for free i mean i dont have to pay any thing any time i need to find some one for free well information on some one for free
