I need to know what to do and not do with my Nipple...

I need to know what to do and not do with my Nipple piercings. I have been washing with dial liguid soap and using alchol with q-tip to clean area and ring.My nipples r still tender. It is hard to move rings around unless they have been under hot water for a few. I was drinking when had this done.

I was told to NOT use alcohol or peroxide with my new piercings. Instead, I shower with an antibacterial soap. My piercer told me that if I could keep germs from the other parts of my body, I'd be more likely to keep them from my newly pierced nipples as well. And, I use a special soap for the actual piercings!
