What do i have to type to make it work?

trun forward then press control+jump
(crouch and jump)
preferably crouch first for it to work


ive betten ahlflife 4 times
i time i did it in 67 min.

u start running forth, then tap duck and immediatly jump afterwards

A long jump can be performed by running forwards, crouching briefly, then pressing jump.

whats half life mean?

The training thing on Half Life says to run forward crouch for a moment then jump... Well, that's easier said than done.  I can't get the crap to work.

I'm not 100% sure how LONG to hold crouch, whether my finger still needs to be on the crouch when I hit jump, or what EXACTLY needs to go on.

Someone please explain.
