In der Ebay-Auktion habe ich den Artikel 3456001569 (PC) erworben. Beim Zusammenbau stellte ich fest, dass der Prozessor defekt ist. Kann ich obwohl der Verkäufer die Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen hat zurück geben und das geld zurück bekommen?
