They (the marina) were trying to put my boat on my trailer...

They (the marina) were trying to put my boat on my trailer and they dropped it about 5 feet to the ground.  The bottom of the boat on one side was damaged, and the engine hit the ground pretty hard and bent the bottom piece.  What should I have repaired, and what should I watch out for?

I am a first boat owner. I never experience  putting a boat onto a trailer from the water. As a first timer how can i put a 20 Ft boat onto a trailer from the water. what would I need etc.
