I'm sorry to ask these silly questions but
I've just installed Red Hat Linux for the following reasons :
- I'm in a programming competition on the net where c++ sources(I make them in standard Borland C 3.1)are compiled in a gnuc/g++ environment and sometimes I lose points because of errors of compilation . And I thought that if I will compile my sources at home then it will be much safer .
- After installing R H Linux I don't know how to find the executable for gnu-c/g++ and I would be pretty much thankful to you if you would have the patience of explaining all these to me (But remember that I use KDE with an interface similar to that of Windows and I don't even know where to write commands)and a little piece of advice would be more welcome .
