I have this Mac IIVX it was working fine until its battery (PRAM) is dead - so I replaced with another one and when I turned on the system, it was "dead" no "bong" or anything that indicated that system is working - as if the computer was not plug in (I removed the battery and put it back on my Quadra 660AV and the system is working, so, it is not the battery, any one can help me in this case?
I have similar situation with my old Mac II, again, the batteries were dead, then I replaced with two fresh ones, still nothing happened, at that time (about 10 yrs ago) I brought the Mac II system to a repaire center, somehow these people made it work but never said anything of how to make it work, they just say that my Mac II was fine?
I wonder if there are any "tricks" to deal with such systems after replacing PRAM batteries.

Please help
