Look at organizational websites that facilitate service dogs.  One such organization is www.domesti-pups.org

Dog guide schools are generally operated separately from other service dog providers', and if your nephew isn't an adult or at least 16, it will likely be difficult to find one that will provide him with a dog guide (there is some controversy over dogs trained by schools other than Guide Dogs for the Blind or Guide Dogs of America being called "guide dogs", and dogs trained by a school other than The Seeing Eye being called "Seeing Eye Dogs", so "dog guide" is becoming an appropriate term). I'm sure that if you merely "Google"-ed the term "guide dog school" (or "dog guide school") you would be able to find the one nearest you. Good Luck.
