My husband and I are in the processes of receiving a green card. My mother died in Nov 2003 and I had to return to UK. I had not received my travel permit. I am worried if I will be able to enter USA without any problems. My husband has received his work permit. I am have to resubmit my change of status application and start again. Do you know if this is true?
