Coffee makes me sweat all the time. Even if it's cool weather, after a cup of coffee I'm sweating like crazy. Alcohol does the same thing to me.

It definitely makes me sweat. My question is WHY? It's not the caffeine, because tea does not make me sweat, but even 1/4 cup of coffee on an empty stomach will make me sweat.

I have this SAME problem! When I drink a cup of coffee, about 5 minute later I break out into a sweat pretty much from the neck down. It lasts about 5 minutes then goes away. I would answer YES.

It's more than just the heat, though. Caffeine works exactly like cocaine. It speeds up your metabolism, blocks dopamine inhibitors, and gives you a general feeling of alertness and confidence . . . it also provides you with all of the side effects of cocaine, on a smaller scale.

I sweat noticeably more when drinking coffee regardless of the heat in the room or in the coffee.  I think it is a mild reaction to the caffeine.

I've found that initial intake of coffee(the first two cups) can cause me underarm persperation(much akin to nervousness) if my anti-persp. isn't right up to date.
