Hi, I have a male and female in heat Yorkie. They were together for about 1 minute, last week. Ever since the male doesn't want anything to do with the female, who is crying for him constantly. Is there anything wrong with my male?

She is probably NOT in standing heat. My female did the same until she was ready. Just like a female! Good luck.

The female is so desperate to be bred that she is crying and the male isn't interested? If she is crying it is the male sho has the problem. It would have to be very serious if he won't get near a female in heat! Get a vet there fast!
