How can I limit the access privileges of only certain records in one database, when each record contains the same fields as the other records with multi-users?

On the specific data that you want to have limited access too you need to go into properties then into security and you can add who you want to have acces that information.. once you set that out make sure you copy the macros with it so you permisson can get copied as well..
