I have obtained two Chihuahua one is really fat weighs about 14 pounds or better he is kind of long.  I was told that his father weighs 10 pounds and mother is 8 pounds. Is there any way that he can be put on a diet? Also my second question is both pets are 10 months old and somewhat housetrain but still likes to hike the leg.
What are some methods that I can use to housebreak them?  I know that the best training was when the where pups but since they are not I really want to go about it the right way since each have mostly develop character. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
